Welcome to Sab Ghar. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Sab Ghar platform, including our website, mobile application, and related services (collectively referred to as the “Platform”).
By accessing or using Sab Ghar, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Platform.
1. About Sab Ghar
Sab Ghar is an online marketplace that connects property owners, real estate agents, and potential buyers or renters. The Platform allows users to list, discover, and inquire about real estate properties such as houses, apartments, land, and commercial properties.
Sab Ghar does not act as a real estate broker, agent, or property dealer. We only provide a platform for users to publish and search property listings.
2. User Accounts
To access certain features of the Platform, users may be required to create an account.
By creating an account, you agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information.
Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Be responsible for all activities under your account.
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Follow these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
Sab Ghar reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a risk to other users or the Platform.
3. Property Listings
Users who list properties on the Platform agree that:
All information provided in listings must be accurate and truthful.
You have the legal right or authorization to advertise the property.
Listings must not contain false, misleading, fraudulent, or illegal information.
You will not post duplicate or spam listings.
Images, descriptions, prices, locations, and other listing information must not intentionally mislead other users.
Sab Ghar may review, restrict, or remove any listing that violates these Terms or contains objectionable, fraudulent, misleading, or inappropriate content, with or without prior notice.
4. Communication and Enquiries
The Platform allows users to contact property owners or agents directly.
Users must not use the Platform’s communication features to:
Harass, threaten, intimidate, or abuse another person.
Send unwanted, offensive, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable messages.
Engage in fraud, scams, impersonation, or other unlawful activities.
Send spam or other unwanted communications.
Sab Ghar may restrict or terminate accounts that misuse communication features or engage in abusive behavior.
Sab Ghar is not responsible for:
The accuracy of property descriptions.
Agreements made between buyers, renters, and sellers.
Any disputes or transactions between users.
Users are encouraged to verify property details independently before entering into any agreement.
5. Prohibited Activities and Zero-Tolerance Policy
Sab Ghar has zero tolerance for objectionable content, abusive behavior, harassment, threats, fraud, or other harmful activities on the Platform.
Users must not:
Post fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive property listings.
Upload illegal, harmful, offensive, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable content.
Harass, threaten, intimidate, bully, abuse, or discriminate against other users.
Impersonate another person or organization.
Use the Platform to facilitate scams, fraud, or illegal activities.
Send spam or unwanted communications.
Upload malicious software or harmful files.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or another user’s account.
Scrape, copy, or misuse Platform data without permission.
Use the Platform for any unlawful or abusive purpose.
Violations may result in the removal of content, restriction of access, suspension, or permanent termination of the user’s account.
Sab Ghar reserves the right to take appropriate action against content or users that violate these Terms or create a safety risk for other users.
6. Reporting and Blocking Users
Sab Ghar provides safety tools that allow users to report objectionable content and block abusive users.
Users may report content or users that violate these Terms through the reporting mechanism available within the Platform.
When a user reports objectionable content or abusive behavior, the report may be submitted to Sab Ghar for review and appropriate action.
Users may also block other users. When a user is blocked, the blocked user’s content may be removed from the blocking user’s feed and the blocked user may no longer be able to interact with the blocking user through applicable Platform features.
Sab Ghar may review reports and take appropriate action, including removing content, restricting access, suspending accounts, or permanently terminating accounts where appropriate.
Users should immediately report content or behavior that they believe is abusive, threatening, fraudulent, illegal, or otherwise objectionable.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including logos, text, images, design, and software, is the property of Sab Ghar or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
Users may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the Platform without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Sab Ghar provides the Platform on an “as-is” basis.
We do not guarantee:
The accuracy or completeness of property listings.
The reliability of users on the Platform.
Successful property transactions.
Sab Ghar will not be liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from the use of the Platform.
9. Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
10. Termination
Sab Ghar reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform if a user violates these Terms, posts objectionable content, engages in abusive behavior, or otherwise creates a safety or security risk.
Sab Ghar may remove content that violates these Terms without prior notice.
11. Changes to Terms
Sab Ghar may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on the Platform, and continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Nepal.
